The Veteran Dream Team Alliance
The International Dream Team Alliance
Every Veteran has a next mission, a next goal to achieve, and a next dream awaiting to materialize. It is for this reason, why the Veteran & Trauma Community Resource Model was created.
We understand that the transition to civilian life is a journey, and for every Veteran, their family members and their caregivers, that journey looks different.
The Veteran Dream Team Alliance is here for the Veterans first step, and each step that follows along their journey. We created the Veteran Community Resource Model because we believe that every Veteran and their family, should have a positive future to look forward to.
The Veteran Dream Team Alliance, together with our Veteran & Trauma Community Resource Financial Contributors, are here as partners to help assist and support Veterans... the honorable men and women and their families, who have given so very much of themselves and of their lives, to serve and protect others.
To all Veterans, it is with great honor and gratitude that we give our deep heartfelt thank you, respect and recognition to you for being who your are and for your selflessness service to all.
We thank and recognize you and your families.
With Respect, Gratitude, Recognition and Honor,
Rod Hutchins

~Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder~
C-PTSD (Complex post-traumatic stress disorder); also known as (complex trauma disorder) is a psychological disorder that can develop in response to prolonged, repeated experience of interpersonal trauma in a context in which the individual has little or no chance of escape.
C-PTSD relates to the trauma model of metal disorders and is associated with chronic sexual, psychological, sexual, and narcissistic (child) abuse, child abuse, and physical abuse and neglect, chronic intimate partner violence, victims of prolonged workplace or school bullying, victims of kidnapping and hostage situations, indentured servants, victims of slavery and human trafficking, sweatshop workers, prisoners of warm concentration camp survivors, residential school survivors, and defectors of cults or cult-like organizations.
Situations involving captivity/entrapment (a situation lacking a viable escape route for the victim or a perception of such) can lead to C-PTSD-like symptoms, which can include prolonged feelings of terror, worthlessness, helplessness, and deformation of one's identity and sense of self.
Calling a PTSD helpline is often a beneficial first step for starting your recovery from PTSD. They offer a safe and confidential way for you to get information and support and connect you to important resources, including treatment programs.
~Stop Bullying on the Spot~
When adults respond quickly and consistently to bullying behavior they send the message that it is not acceptable. Research shows this can stop bullying behavior over time.
Parents, school staff, and other adults in the community can help kids prevent bullying by talking about it, building a safe school environment, and creating a community-wide bullying prevention strategy.

What Is Human Trafficking?
Human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery. This crime occurs when a trafficker uses force, fraud or coercion to control another person for the purpose of engaging in commercial sex acts or soliciting labor or services against his/her will. Force, fraud, or coercion need not be present if the individual engaging in commercial sex is under 18 years of age.
