Through his journey in life, Rod has learned that being in a state of 'Whole health and wellness' is a vital component to "Making One's Dreams Come True". It is for reasons such as these why Rod created an even bigger dream and set yet an even greater goal than before; this dream and goal being to make it a reality for him to complete the full Iron Man 'Course Completion' in Kona, Hawaii in 2023!
Rod is both determined and dedicated to making his dream and goal come true! His passion in seeing his dream become reality is greatly fueled by his desire to continue his journey of being a presence that instills the understanding and belief to millions of people worldwide, that "With faith even as small as a mustard seed, mountains can be moved". As Rod frequently shares with others... "It's time to take your dreams off the shelf, dust them off and"make them come true"!
To assist Rod in turning his dream into reality and fulfill his goal of completing the Kona, Hawaii Iron Man Course in 2023, he has selected the members of what Rod affectionately calls his Veteran Dream Team Alliance. This is a collaborative team that will be side-by-side with Rod, mentoring him throughout his journey to successfully realize his Dream and Goal in Kona, Hawaii in 2023!

Dr. Paul J. Arciero, DPE (Doctor of Physiology of Exercise), MSc, MSc, FACSM, FTOS, is a tenured full professor and Director of the Human Nutrition & Metabolism Laboratory in the Health and Exercise Sciences Department at Skidmore College.
When not in the lab, Dr. Paul can be found leading a resistance training session or a yoga class; being certified in two styles of yoga, coaching a pro-athlete or an Olympian on nutrition and fitness, or competing at the national level in various athletic events including tennis, platform tennis, running, cycling, and triathlons.

Gray Augustus of Idaho Falls is passionate about helping Triathletes achieve what they want by spending the time needed to customize their running and race strategies.
Gray is heavily involved in the Triathlon community and in sponsoring various races.
Gray and his wife are predominant educators in Eastern Idaho.
Former runner himself, Gray knows what it takes to be a WINNER!

Mike is currently a TV News Producer for Valley News Live in Fargo, North Dakota.
He joined the team there in April 2020.
Mike started his career in TV news in September of 2015 at WOWK in Charleston, West Virginia.
In June 2016 he moved to Idaho Falls to continue his news career as a producer for 4 years.
Mike earned his Bachelors Degree in Communications in December 2014 from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
Mike spent the 2015 baseball season working in Charleston, WV for the West Virginia Power, the Single-A affiliate to the Pittsburgh Pirates at the time.
During that time he produced TV commercials and in-game commercials and promotions for the team.
He met his wife Kristin at BYU-Idaho and they have been married since April 2014.
They have two kids and two dogs.
Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and kids exploring new areas whenever they move, having family movie nights, enjoying baseball games, and making memories.

They have 3 beautiful fun daughters that keep them busy with dance, cheer and gymnastics. Tyson grew up in Salt Lake City and moved to Idaho Falls in 2000.
Tyson Daniels has a passion for the automotive business and individual growth. He loves working in the community and developing relationships with his customers and colleagues.
Tyson purchased the Grease Monkey franchise 2014 and is growing the business. Tyson has two decades of experience in the oil change business and now brings his passion for excellence in customer service to his Idaho Grease Monkey operations.

Jim started out as a teacher both High School and College teaching health, nutrition and the miracle of the body.
Formerly Jim was the President and CEO of an International nutritional company and in that capacity he was taught by some of the world's top biochemists, nutritionists, and master herbalists for more than a decade.
Jim was invited to speak at a symposium at Harvard Medical School with representatives from over 50 universities. His subject was “The state of nutrition in our foods today and why we need nutritional supplements.”
Jim and his wife Kathy are the proud parents of 8 children and have 24 grandchildren. He makes his living by making a difference in the lives of thousands of people.

Mike has provided a detailed, training schedule around Rod's personal needs given his medical history, for his success in Kona, Hawaii.

Tiffani Taylor is an American painter who resides between Savannah, Georgia and Paris, France. She is best known for her rich textured paintings and original hand-painted pottery.
Tiffani holds advanced degrees in Painting and Art History from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). In 2011, she opened her eponymous gallery in historic downtown Savannah.
Tiffani’s work is shown in galleries Internationally; including the Salvador Dali Museum.
